This site is pretty damn funny. It is not intended as a racial slang. The creator of this site is looking at the "Riceboy" phenomenon, where people do lots of stuff to make their car "look fast and cool", without really making it go fast OR look cool. Check out the hate mail section in the reader responses, and the "Hall of Shame", and the "The Adventures".  Actually,  riceboypage.com "reader responses" and sarcasm was part of the inspiration for doing the "PULP" section of this website.
